Thank you for your order and interest in our products and services! All George Etherington watches include a FREE 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty that must be registered within 28 days of purchase.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any and all defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, George Etherington will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

George Etherington will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the product entirely if deemed necessary. Payment will be required by the user to cover administration, packaging and postage.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from George Etherington is 5 years from the date of purchase, depending on which warranty option has been selected. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • ALL user damage including (but not limited to) water damage, scratches, user-caused cracks, damage from equipment such as watch winders, cases and tools, neglect, improper use and carelessness
  • Normal wear, tear, and aging
  • ALL repairs or services attempted by users or other unauthorised individuals that cause damage shall automatically render the warranty null and void

Note: George Etherington reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to decide if damage has been caused by one of the aforementioned reasons. If we determine that the damage has not been caused by defects in material or workmanship, your warranty will automatically become null and void.
